The room was pretty clean and I went for the king suite with a view of the sea 🌊. it was a good experience.

That was lovely hotel set in central area. The room was a nice size and compact and come with an electric kettle, central heating and television. The location itself was comfortable, metres from Christ Church.

Compact double room with selection of teas, reading by, great value for money with an excellent breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and excellent with any request. the breakfast food, especially toast and fresh fruit was splendid. - the place was lovely, nothing too much trouble, couldn't recommend more. I had a great stay at the Moorings B&B in Southend-on-Sea. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the breakfast, particularly the toast and fresh fruit, was delicious. the overall atmosphere of the place was wonderful, and there was nothing they wouldn't do to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this B&B.

The location here is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the bus station.

We stayed here for 3 nights and appreciated the place. It was clean. Staff was excellent and amiable. Amazing breakfast was provided. Absolutely perfect location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. It was across the quiet area.

The staff was affable - we would happily return. We have stayed here for 1 night and had an excellent experience. the location was great for first-time visitors to Southend-on-Sea. the hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a good area. There was a nice restaurant with special meals.

The rooms are brilliant and fantastic, equipped with an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and multi-channel television. the location is marvelous, right next to Adventure Island and the beach.

This place is in a fantastic location near Southchurch Park, making it convenient and beautiful.

I recently had a brilliant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - the prices were very reasonable for what was provided. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was great. The decor was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a quieter part of town with stunning sea views. It was also great for exploring the attractions of the area and was easy to find.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, with just one minor issue. The room was a bit airless as it was a hot night and we had to sleep with the windows closed to minimize the traffic noise from the main road.

Convenient location! 🚌 There's a bus stop right across the street, making it super easy to get to the town center and anywhere else you need to go. It's a great spot in a local neighborhood.
